Richard Hill has worked in the software engineering and programming industry since 1989. Richard began their career at Tandy Corporation as a Sr. Programmer. Richard then moved to Federal Express in 1996, where they worked as a Senior Programmer / Analyst. In 2002, they joined TIB - The Independent BankersBank as an Application Developer Lead and Senior Java Developer. Richard also worked as an Adjunct Faculty at Dallas County Community College District from 2005 to 2012. From 2005 to 2010, they were employed at DNA Productions as a Render Wrangler Lead. Finally, they worked as a Senior Java Software Engineer at GENCO, A FedEx Company from 2010 to 2012, followed by a Senior Java Software Engineer role at SecureNet Technologies from 2012 to present.

Richard Hill received their MFA in Art and Technology from The University of Texas at Dallas. Richard also attended North Lake College.
