Mel Oliver is an experienced professional in the education and technology sectors, currently serving as the Customer Experience Coordinator at Secured Tech Solutions since April 2022. Previously, Mel held the role of 1:1 Program Coordinator at Warsaw Community Schools from August 2014 to April 2022, managing a device management program for 7,000 students and 2,000 staff. In earlier positions, Mel worked as a Technology Administrative Assistant, assisting the Chief Technology Officer and focusing on various administrative tasks, and as an RTI Teacher, providing support to K-6 students in Math and English. Mel began the career path as a Paraprofessional, aiding an autistic student in navigating classroom challenges.
