Jonathan Shuler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in solutions management and customer experience. Currently serving as a Regional Solutions Manager at Secured Tech Solutions since October 2021, Jonathan specializes in providing comprehensive solutions for 1:1 devices, including Accidental Damage Protection, Tech Exchange Buyback Programs, device repairs, and accessories. Prior to this role, Jonathan held positions at FileWave from 2012 to October 2021, where responsibilities included serving as a Customer Experience Executive and Senior Account Manager, contributing to the evolution of a device management suite for various platforms. Earlier career experience includes a sales representative position at Scholastic Sports Services, Inc. from 1993 to 2012, where Jonathan successfully developed the Indiana and Southwest Ohio markets focused on team promotion and fundraising. Jonathan earned a degree in Business/Marketing from Marietta College between 1980 and 1983.
