Pablo Ratti has worked in the software engineering industry since 2007. Pablo began their career at GOLDEN JACK BINGO as a Web System Developer, where they developed applications using ASP.NET 3.0 and SQL Server 2005. In 2011, they joined AXA Assistance as a Full Stack Developer. In 2017, they moved to Essen, where they also held the role of Full Stack Developer. In 2018, they joined ExxonMobil as a Software Engineer | .NET | Full Stack and is currently employed at SecureAuth Corporation in the same role.

Pablo Ratti completed a Postgraduate degree in Project Management from the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional in 2014. Pablo also completed an engineering degree in Computer Systems from the Universidad Abierta Interamericana between 2003 and 2010. Additionally, they obtained a Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in June 2020, a Certified SAFe® 4 Practitioner certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in August 2018, and a Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate from CertiProf.
