Laura Smith has extensive experience in risk management and compliance within the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Past Business Review Manager and previously as the Compliance and Complaints Manager at Secure Trust Bank since December 2022, Laura has held various roles at Debt Managers (Services) Ltd from May 2016 to November 2022, including Risk and Compliance Manager and Senior Risk and Compliance Officer. Earlier in their career, Laura worked as a Compliance Officer at Debt Managers and as the Utilities Manager at Bluestone Credit Management from April 2010 to May 2016. Laura holds an Advanced Diploma in Banking and Finance from the London Institute of Banking and Finance, obtained between 2016 and 2021.
