Steven Hiersche, Jr. is an experienced technology and operations leader with a robust background in information technology management. With a history of working in diverse roles such as Director of Information Technology at SmartPak and Systems Administrator in multiple organizations, Steven has developed expertise in server maintenance, system administration, and network management. Steven's educational background includes an Associate of Science in Networking and Cybersecurity from Champlain College and further studies at the Rochester Institute of Technology.
