Eva Garkova has extensive work experience in various roles. Eva started their career in 2001 as an ESL Teacher at Commission scolaire Marguerite-Bourgeoys and worked there until 2004. Eva then joined Batshaw Youth And Family Centres as an Educator from 2004 to 2006. After that, they worked as an English Language Teacher at École Montessori International de Blainville from 2006 to 2009. From 2009 to 2011, Eva worked as a Corporate ESL Teacher at BLI · Language Schools In Canada. Since 2011, they have been employed at Secure Group as a Talent Acquisition Manager, where they are responsible for developing recruitment strategies, identifying and sourcing appropriate talent, managing the recruitment process, and more.

Eva Garkova has pursued graduate studies in Special Education and Teaching at McGill University. Additionally, they have obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Applied Linguistics from New Bulgarian University. The exact start and end years for both of these educational experiences are unknown.
