Cayla Snydeman has extensive work experience in human resources and talent engagement. Cayla is currently the VP of Talent Engagement and Development at Secure Code Warrior, starting in December 2022. Prior to that, they served as the VP of People at Apollo.io from October 2021 to December 2022. From September 2020 to December 2021, they held the position of VP of People at Degreed, and from December 2019 to September 2020, they were the Head of Employee Experience at the same company. Cayla also has experience as the VP of Human Resources at Eaze from December 2018 to December 2019. In addition, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at iProspect from April 2018 to December 2018, and as the Director and Manager of Human Resources at PubMatic from August 2015 to October 2017. Cayla was also a Manager of Human Resources at Agency Oasis (now Rightpoint) from October 2014 to August 2015. Earlier in their career, Cayla worked as a Human Resources Generalist, Analyst, and Administrator at Millennial Media from August 2010 to October 2014. Cayla started their career as an Operations Associate at Massachusetts General Hospital from June 2009 to August 2010.

Cayla Snydeman obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business and Management with a focus on Marketing from Loyola University Maryland. In addition, they have achieved the certification of Certified PLA Graduate from People Leader Accelerator in October 2021.
