Glen Weston has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as Director of Field Operations at Securadyne Systems since March 2014, where responsibilities include overseeing field operations, developing best practices, and enhancing service delivery. Prior to this role, Glen held various positions at Siemens Industry - Building Technologies, including National Ops Manager, with a tenure spanning from 2000 to the present. Before Siemens, Glen worked at Sensormatic as a support engineer and at GIC as a project manager, accumulating a wealth of knowledge in operational excellence and project fulfillment throughout a career that began in 1989.
