Scott Blank has over 30 years of work experience, starting in 1988 as a Clerk/Computer Operator at Bricco's Southside Beverage. Scott then worked as a Technical Support Representative at Impromed, Inc. from 1999 to 2000. After that, they joined Athena Data Exchange, Inc. as a Level II Help Desk Technician, where they provided technical support and solved clients' internet-related problems. From 2005 to 2019, Scott worked at J.J. Keller & Associates as a Help Desk Technician, responsible for addressing customers' technical issues and maintaining internet product sites. In 2020, they joined Menasha Corporation as an ISTA Lab Technician, testing customer products and communicating the results to customers. Currently, Scott is working at SECURA Insurance as an IT Agency Support Specialist, providing technical support and training to internal and external customers.
Scott Blank earned an Associate's degree in CIS-Microcomputer Specialist from Fox Valley Technical College, where they studied from 1996 to 1999. Prior to that, they also obtained an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from the same institution, completing the program from 1991 to 1994.
