Sarah Krause, CPCU, ARM, AU, ARe, serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at SECURA Insurance since March 2022. Prior to this role, Sarah held various leadership positions at Integrity Insurance from April 2018 to March 2022, including AVP Enterprise Transformation Operations and AVP Talent Management and Operations. Sarah's earlier career at SECURA Insurance spanned from 2005 to April 2018, culminating as Commercial Lines Underwriting Director, overseeing a $120 million multi-state territory and managing a team of 24 associates. Additional experience includes positions at Jewelers Mutual Insurance Company, Aflac, and Physicians Plus Insurance Corporation, with a strong foundation in underwriting and operations. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Risk Management & Insurance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
