Glen Dye is an experienced insurance executive currently serving as Regional Vice President at SECURA Insurance since February 2007. Previously, Glen held the position of Operations Manager for Michigan, Minnesota, and Colorado at RTW, Inc. from June 2004 to January 2006, and served as Vice President of Sales & Underwriting at the same company from June 1998 to July 2002, overseeing agency management and underwriting in a six-state region. Glen’s earlier career includes a tenure at USF&G Insurance, where responsibilities included serving as Vice President of the Center for Agency Services, generating $325 million in small commercial and personal lines across 26 states west of the Mississippi, and as Branch Vice President managing a $50 million branch in Montana and Wyoming for all business lines.
