Daniel Schultz has extensive experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on research, development, and product management. Daniel worked at SECURA Insurance from 2008 to 2020, starting as a Product Manager and progressing to Senior Product Manager, Manager - Research & Development, and Director - Research & Development. In these roles, they led teams in researching, developing, and implementing new and revised products for various market segments. Daniel also identified candidates for open positions and developed training plans. Prior to SECURA Insurance, Daniel worked at Auto-Owners as an Underwriter, where they communicated with agencies, quoted new risks, wrote policies, and serviced existing business across Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, and Farm Lines products.

Daniel Schultz completed a Bachelor's of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration from St. Norbert College, where they were enrolled from 1999 to 2003.
