Nir Shats has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various roles in the software engineering field. Nir recently joined SecuPi as a Software Engineer in September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Redis Labs as a Software Engineer from April 2021 to August 2022. From September 2017 to April 2021, they were a Senior SW Engineer at Redbend. Before that, they served as a Software Architect at Mellanox Technologies from October 2015 to August 2017. Additionally, they worked at EZchip as a Junior System Architect from October 2015 to April 2016. Earlier in their career, they held positions at SanDisk as a Senior Embedded Software Engineer from March 2014 to October 2015, at AudioCodes as an Embedded SW Engineer from August 2008 to October 2014, and at NeoMagic as an Embedded SW Engineer - Video Team (Student) from February 2007 to August 2008.

Nir Shats pursued a Bachelor's degree in Bioinformatics from Bar Ilan University between 2004 and 2008. Following this, from 2016 to 2021, they attended The Open University Israel where they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
