Javier Garcia Martinez is an experienced engineering manager with a strong background in software development and team leadership. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Sector Alarm Group since October 2023, Javier leads a team of ten engineers and designers in developing mobile apps for security systems while implementing Agile methodologies. Previously, Javier held positions as Engineering Lead at Zartis, where a focus on scalability and multi-regional support for an e-commerce platform was maintained, and as Lead Developer & Scrum Master at Kamstrup, where improvements in the development process and agile practices were introduced.
