Luis Gámez is an accomplished sales and training professional with extensive experience in various management roles, particularly in the sales and human resources sectors. Currently serving as Regional Sales Manager and Manager of Sector Way Academy at Sector Alarm España since April 2018, Luis is responsible for training new sales employees and developing training programs in alignment with company policies. Previously, Luis held coaching and partnership roles at ChallengePasarela, aiding elite athletes in transition into new professional ventures, and has significant experience in human resources as an HR Advisor and Sales Trainer. With a solid educational background that includes a Master’s in Marketing and Sales Management and a Master’s in Human Resources, Luis has demonstrated a commitment to fostering talent and driving organizational success throughout a career spanning over two decades.
