Konstantin Eberle serves as the Global Director of Commercial Excellence & Commercial Insights at Secret Escapes since January 2014, overseeing multiple teams including Commercial Excellence, Trading & Commercial Insights, Partner Success Management, and Marketing Data Solutions. Prior to this role, Konstantin held positions such as Global Head of Commercial Excellence and Data Protection Officer at Secret Escapes, and served as the Head of Sales & Operations at JBM JustBook Mobile GmbH before its acquisition. Additional experience includes roles at Steigenberger Hotels AG, CHI Hotels and Resorts, and Kempinski Hotels, complemented by a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business with a focus on Hotel Management from Les Roches, and a brief educational stint at Harvard Business School in 2020.
