Yuriy Kanishchev is an experienced Senior Project Manager at Secop since March 2015, overseeing the development of high-performance hermetic compressors and electronics for refrigeration and heat pump applications. Prior to this role, Yuriy served as Operations Manager at KONE, where responsibilities included business plan implementation and order management, and as Project Manager at LLC ACIS Ukraine, managing cost control and project milestones. Additional experience includes project management at Konecranes, focusing on crane design and production, and earlier engineering roles at Tensteel Ltd., Aura Ltd., and Zaporozhgidrostal Bureau, where Yuriy contributed to various construction and engineering projects. Yuriy holds a Diploma of Business Administration from Leicester College and a Master of Science degree in Metallurgy and Machines from Zaporizhzhya National Technical University.
