Imogen Pawcett is an experienced professional in project management and business development, currently serving as the New Business Manager at Second Step since June 2023. Previously, Imogen worked as a Project Manager focusing on Rough Sleeping for Bath and North East Somerset Council from November 2018 to June 2023, and held roles at Women's Aid Federation of England as a Membership Information Officer and Direct Services Support Officer at the Office of Thangam Debbonaire MP. Imogen has also been involved in campaign organizing for the Labour Party and completed an internship at The Frontline - Changing Lives. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Gender and International Relations from the University of Bristol and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Birmingham.
