Karen Marton is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Goldfish Swim School Franchising, LLC since June 2022. With a long-standing career, Karen has also held the position of Human Resources Manager at Second Nature Brands since February 2006. Previous roles include Human Resources Assistant at Dana Holding Corporation from 1997 to 2006 and Human Resources/Accounts Payable Accountant at WJBK-TV FOX 2 Detroit from 1993 to 1997. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Oakland University and a Certificate of Professional Development in Leadership from Walsh College, obtained in 2015.
