Inês Caetano has worked in various roles since 2009. From 2011 to 2016, they were an Architect Intern at the Câmara Municipal de Cascais, an Architect at RC Construção, and a Project and Construction Manager at Sr. Obras. From 2014 to 2016, they also worked as a Freelance Architect for Rita Glória Interiores and Buran. From 2016 to 2022, they were a Facility Manager Associate, a Facility Manager, and a Sales Advisor at H&M, and is currently a Facilities Manager and Project Coordinator at Second Home.

Inês Caetano has a diverse educational history. In 2011, they completed a Conservação e reabilitação do património edificado degree from Arqcoop. In 2012, they started a Mestrado em Arquitetura degree from Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa, with a focus on Arquitectura - Património e Reabilitação. In 2014, they completed two courses from Restart: Activação de marcas and Edição e promoção de imagens, publicidade, both in the field of Marketing and Design Gráfico, respectively. In 2016-2017, they completed a Técnico degree from Master D in the field of Turismo. In 2021, they completed a course from Bureau Veritas in the field of PRL.
