Fahim A. has over 15 years of professional experience in the field of PKI Systems Engineering. In 2016, they began working as the VP of Professional Services/PKI Systems Engineer at Second Factor, Inc. Prior to this, Fahim served as a PKI Engineer at Entrust Datacard from 2014-2016. From 2007-2014, they held two roles at two separate companies: Lead, Registration Authority (PKI Analyst) - DEA at ASRC Research and Technology Solutions (ARTS) and Registration Authority (PKI Analyst) at Nortel Government Solutions. From 2005-2007, Fahim worked at Cox Communications, where they were the Lead, E-Commerce and Senior Helpdesk Representative.

Fahim A. has a diverse educational background. Fahim completed their Associate of Science (A.S.) in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Northern Virginia Community College between 1999 and 2002. Fahim then went on to pursue a degree in Public Administration with a focus on International Relations and Information Systems from George Mason University between 2002 and 2004. Additionally, Fahim has obtained several certifications, including CCNA from Cisco in 2013, Security+ from CompTIA in 2010, Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) from EC-Council in 2020, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert from Microsoft in 2020, Network+ from CompTIA in 2012, and Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
