Tabitha Goodner has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Tabitha started their career as a Project Engineer at Sherman Smoot in 1993. Tabitha then moved on to become a Project Manager/Project Engineer at Resource Allocations, where they managed projects for the City of Indianapolis and Indianapolis Public Schools. In 1996, they joined Barton Malow Company as a Project Manager/Project Engineer, providing management and engineering services for assigned projects. Tabitha then worked as an Assistant General Manager at Staffing & Personnel Management, where they served as a liaison between the Program Management Team, the community, and local contracting firms. After that, they worked as an Operations Manager at Xcel Construction Services, Inc, where they were responsible for establishing financial structures, human resource management, and policies and procedures for operations. In 2010, they became the President of Dorcas Management Services, LLC, and in 2012, they joined Second Ebenezer Church as the Chief Operating Officer. Throughout their career, Tabitha has demonstrated strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
Tabitha Goodner completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering at Purdue University in 1992. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Science degree in Architectural Technology from Indiana State University in 1988.
