Curtis Hawes has worked in the restaurant and beverage industry since 1998. Starting as a Wait Staff Captain/Trainer/Food Server at Main Street & Main Corp, they then moved to Rock Bottom Restaurants/Brewery in 2003, where they served as Assistant General Manager. In this role, they were responsible for sales forecasting, supply chain management, and general administration for a 5 million dollar per year brewery and restaurant enterprise. In 2015, they began working for Second Chance Beer Co. as Chief Logistics and Business Operator.
Curtis Hawes received their Masters in Business Administration from San Diego State University between 2006 and 2009. Curtis also earned a BA in Sociology with an emphasis on Law from the University of California, Riverside between 1998 and 2002.
