Mikkel Høgh-Schmidt serves as the Director of SaaS Operations at Secomea since June 2022, overseeing the NOC, Internal IT, and Customer Support departments. Previous experience includes positions as Operations Team Lead and Operations Manager at E.ON Danmark A/S, as well as Team Lead for NOC and 2nd Line Support at Fibia, where responsibilities included managing a 24/7 network operation. Mikkel's career also spans various leadership roles at GlobalConnect A/S, including Team Lead for Access Planning, focusing on service quality and capacity management.
