Fettah Boussalia has extensive experience in sales administration and customer service within the manufacturing sector, particularly in the railway and packaging industries. Currently serving as Area Senior Sales Administration - Customer Service at Secheron SA since May 2007, Fettah manages a client portfolio, coordinates order processes through the ERP system (ORACLE), and acts as the key contact for various internal departments to ensure high-quality service for International Key Account Customers. Prior to this role, Fettah worked as an Export Commercial Assistant at Siegwerk France Packaging, handling similar responsibilities in customer management. Fettah holds a Master's degree in Foreign Languages applied to Business from Université de Savoie and a Bachelor of International Business from the University of Exeter, complemented by Level 2 certification in Logistics from the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Supply Chain.
