Sithembile Yvonne Mvula has extensive experience in customer care and finance, currently working as a Customer Care Representative at Sebata Municipal Solutions (Pty) Ltd since October 2015, where responsibilities include assisting end users with system-related issues. Previously, Sithembile served as a Temporary Assistant Internal Auditor and a Temporary Clerical Assistant at Umjindi Local Municipality from January 2011 to December 2014, engaging in audit work and debt collection tasks. Sithembile also completed a Finance Management Internship, gaining exposure to various finance departments. Educational qualifications include a National Diploma in Cost and Management Accounting from the Central University of Technology, Free State, and a Matric Certificate from Barberton Secondary School, with a focus on Mathematics and Accounting.
