Jacob Duncan has had a diverse range of work experiences in various roles within sales, operations, and management. Jacob most recently worked at Sebastian as the Director of Sales, Estimating, & Recruiting, and prior to that, they held the position of Manager of Sales, Estimating, & Recruiting at the same company. Before joining Sebastian, Jacob worked as a Sales Operations Manager in the Commercial Construction Division at Sebastian. Prior to their time at Sebastian, they worked as an Outside Sales Representative/Industrial & Automation at Graybar. Jacob also served as the General Manager at Fastenal Company and as the Operations Support Manager/Underground Division at Applegate Johnston Inc. Jacob'searly career began in the United States Air Force, where they held various roles including Construction Inspector/Construction Manager/Training Supervisor and Civil Engineering Technician.

Jacob Duncan has a comprehensive education history, starting with their enrollment at the Community College of the Air Force from 2006 to 2011. During this period, they pursued an Associate of Science degree in Construction Engineering Technologies.

After completing their associate's degree, Jacob continued their education at the University of Phoenix, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General. This four-year program spanned from 2012 to 2015.

Jacob's pursuit of higher education did not stop there. Jacob enrolled at the University of Phoenix once again in 2017, this time to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, which they are expected to complete by 2022.
