Morten Rufus Blas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in advanced analytics and artificial intelligence, particularly in the financial crime prevention sector. Currently serving as the Global Head of Advanced Analytics - Financial Crime Prevention at SEB since October 2022, Morten previously held significant positions at Nordea, including Head of Data Science - Financial Crime Intelligence and Head of Financial Crime Artificial Intelligence. As the co-founder and CEO of Sensomind, Morten advised various European companies on AI business strategies. With a robust background in R&D at CLAAS, including roles as R&D Manager and Team Leader, Morten has contributed to numerous projects in robotics and AI. Morten's academic credentials include a PhD in AI from DTU and an MBA from the University of Warwick, along with additional education from prestigious institutions like MIT.
