Pauline Brotons has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Pauline started their career at Euglena Co., Ltd as a Marketing Assistant, where they gained experience in cultivating micro-algae for various applications. Pauline then worked at JET, where they were involved in direct marketing missions such as sales, brand representation, and customer service. Pauline then joined Vanessa Bruno as a Sales Associate before joining Christian Dior Couture as a Product Manager Trainee, where they were involved in product development, marketing campaigns, and competitive intelligence analysis. Pauline continued their journey at Parfums Christian Dior, where they worked as a Product Manager Trainee on face make-up segment, collaborating with different teams on product development, marketing, and sales analysis. Pauline also gained experience at Semantiweb, a digital agency specialized in social listening, as a Digital Insight Analyst. Prior to that, they worked as a Teaching Assistant at emlyon business school, focusing on teaching social listening basics. Their most recent position was at Samsung Electronics, where they worked as a Consumer & Market Insights Analyst, collecting and analyzing market and consumer data. Currently, they work at Groupe SEB as a Marketing Analytics Lead.

Pauline Brotons completed their Baccalauréat in Economique et social at Lycée Blaise Pascal in 2009. Pauline then pursued a 2-year intensive undergraduate study at the same institution to pass the Top Business School entrance exam, which they completed in 2011. From 2011 to 2015, they attended EMLYON Business School and obtained an MSc in Management with a specialization in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. In 2014, Pauline Brotons took part in an exchange program at East China Normal University, where they studied Luxury Management.
