Emmanuel Guirlet has extensive legal experience, primarily at Groupe SEB since April 1994, serving as Senior Legal Counsel and focusing on legal affairs related to innovation, including collaboration-research agreements, consortium agreements, and the establishment of common labs, while engaging with various research institutes across France, Germany, Singapore, the USA, and Switzerland. Additionally, between August 2006 and March 2016, Emmanuel Guirlet held the position of Secretary at Fondation Groupe Seb, overseeing legal matters for an entity dedicated to combating exclusion and poverty. Prior to these roles, Emmanuel Guirlet was a Legal Manager at L'amy from April 1988 to April 1994. Educational qualifications include a DESS in International Law and Legal Studies from University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, an equivalent DESS in Droit des NTIC from University of Oslo, and a Maitrise en droit specializing in International Business, Trade, and Tax Law from Paris 11 Université de droit de Sceaux.
