Andrew Ryder serves as the Interim Co-Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences at Seattle Pacific University, where responsibilities include adjunct and staff hiring, office management, curriculum development, and oversight of general education. With extensive experience in theatre education, Andrew teaches courses in Theatre Education, Writing, and General Education, while also directing productions. Previous leadership roles include Associate Dean for Curriculum and General Education and Chair of Theatre at the same institution. In addition, Andrew has held board positions with the Winifred Ward Memorial Fund and the American Alliance for Theatre and Education, where duties involved budget management and organizing conferences. Andrew's academic credentials include a PhD in Theatre from Bowling Green State University and an MA from Michigan State University, complemented by a BA from Anderson University.
