Sarah Carfield is an experienced Human Resources professional with a background in e-commerce and customer service. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Seattle Fish Company, a position held since August 2018, Sarah previously worked as a Human Resources Generalist in the same organization. Prior to this, Sarah was an Ecommerce Sales Coordinator at Mattress Firm from July 2014 to July 2016, where responsibilities included driving online sales through the analysis of trends and consumer behavior. Earlier in the career, Sarah excelled as a Veteran Server at Chuy's from December 2011 to July 2014, managing customer interactions and maintaining restaurant standards. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing, Sales, and Media Production, along with a degree in Communication with a focus on Media Production, both obtained from the University of Houston.
