David Means currently serves as the Chief Information Officer at Seattle Credit Union, overseeing the full IT function and reporting directly to the CEO. Previously, David held multiple roles at Colorado Federal Savings Bank, including SVP Chief Information Officer, where strategic direction for technology and security initiatives was set for over 5,000 customers and $2 billion in assets. David also served as SVP Chief Information Security Officer and VP Information Security Officer, focusing on comprehensive information security and risk mitigation. Prior experience includes senior leadership positions at NTT Global Data Centers Americas, where David managed large teams and significantly increased revenue from major clients, along with roles in project and configuration management at various organizations. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Messiah University.
