Ren Guardiano has extensive experience in IT leadership, currently serving as Senior Director of IT Services - Operations and Infrastructure, as well as Senior Director of IT Strategic Business Services at Seattle Children's since April 2014. Guardiano's career includes various leadership roles at Premera Blue Cross from 2001 to 2014, including Sr. IT Manager - Integrated Systems, and positions at Cooley Godward LLP, Keane Call Center Operations, Preston Gates & Ellis LLP, Macy's Federated Systems Group, Andrew Corporation, and Digital Systems International. Guardiano holds certifications in Organizational Leadership from the UW Foster School of Business and Leadership Development from the Society for Information Management, as well as a Lean Leader Certification from Premera Blue Cross. Additional education includes studies at Microsoft and the UW Foster School of Business.
