Kristina Toncray has been serving as the Associate Vice Chair of Quality and Safety in the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Washington since 2020. Kristina also holds the position of Medical Director of Patient Safety and Pediatric Hospitalist at Seattle Children's, where Kristina has been working since July 2005.
