Phil Tang has a strong background in software engineering, with their most recent role being a Senior Software Engineer at SeatGeek since July 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Aaptiv as the Team Lead - iOS from September 2018 to March 2019. From July 2015 to August 2018, they were the Lead Engineer at Spring Inc. Previously, they were with Meetup from January 2013 to June 2015, where they held various roles including Lead iOS Engineer, iOS Engineer, and UI Engineer. Before that, they worked at Lore, Inc. as a Software Engineer from June 2012 to November 2012. Phil began their career as a Hotmail Software Development Engineer Intern at Microsoft from July 2011 to September 2011. Throughout their career, Phil has demonstrated skills in modernizing app experiences, improving developer workflow, and architecting user interfaces.

Phil Tang studied at Tufts University from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a bachelor's degree in computer science.
