Fabio Caramaschi is a seasoned maritime professional with extensive experience in project and technical management within the shipping industry. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at SeaTec since April 2024, Fabio has previously held key roles at GNV Grandi Navi Veloci from October 2015 to April 2024, including Project Manager for the refitting of the vessel La Superba and Technical Superintendent Manager overseeing a team of six fleet superintendents. Prior experience includes serving as Ship Manager at Carnival Maritime GmbH and Ship Superintendent at Costa Crociere, responsible for technical operations and maintenance for various vessels. Fabio's career began in the Italian Navy, where responsibilities included managing engine room systems and machinery spaces. With a solid educational foundation from Istituto Tecnico Nautico San Giorgio, Fabio brings comprehensive expertise in maritime operations, compliance, and technical project execution.
