Hector Navarro Aguaviva currently serves as the Head of Repair Quality & AS Compliance at SEAT, S.A., a position held since August 2017, after previously working as Head of Technical Quality Repair in the aftersales sector. Prior to this role, Hector worked at AutoVision GmbH as a Service42 Key User & Vehicle Diagnosis Developer, where responsibilities included software releases and creating action codes for vehicle modifications from June 2016 to August 2017. Experience also includes a tenure as Service42 Key User at MAEC Automotive SL and providing technical support for ODIS SUPPORT. Hector began a mechanical career at Suspensiones Brasil in February 2008, which included various workshop activities while completing education. Academic qualifications include an Engineer's degree in Industrial Electronics Technology from EUETIB, a postgraduate degree in automotive electricity and electronics from Catedra SEAT-UPC, and a German language course at the Goethe Institute in Berlin.
