Trenton Paddock currently serves as a Product Development Engineer at SeaSpine Inc since July 2015, following previous roles at Integra LifeSciences and Biomet's Sports Medicine Department. Trenton's experience includes leading the "JuggerKnot Soft Anchor - 1.0mm Mini" project from conception to production during a tenure as an Engineering Co-op at Biomet, where responsibilities encompassed design development, prototype testing, and compliance with FDA and ISO regulations. Additionally, Trenton has expertise in quality plans, yield strength testing, and manufacturing process development, solidified by a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University and further studies at Hochschule Esslingen - University of Applied Sciences.
