Jane Seo is a skilled software developer with experience in the medical and research fields. Currently serving as Software Developer II at SeaSpine since October 2021, Jane has progressed from Software Developer I. Prior to this role, Jane was a Graduate Student at the University of Toronto, where a new method for assessing the risk of aortic dissection was proposed and research on the correlation between ex-vivo and in-vivo mechanical properties of aortic tissue was conducted. Academic experience includes work as an Undergraduate Thesis Student at the University of Toronto, where time-lapse microscopy techniques were applied to study heart tube formation, and various internships at prestigious institutions such as Harvard Medical School, Imperial College London, and the Ted Rogers Centre for Heart Research. Jane holds a Master's Degree in Biomedical Engineering and a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Science from the University of Toronto, alongside an Associate Diploma in Cello Performance from the Royal Conservatory of Music.
