Don Fuller is an experienced quality engineer and operations manager with a career spanning over three decades in both military and medical device industries. Currently serving as Principal Quality Engineer at SeaSpine since February 2022, Don previously held positions at Millstone Medical as a Quality Engineer and Operations Manager, where management of a 20+ person team focused on medical device evaluation was key. Earlier roles included Quality Supervisor at Teleflex Incorporated, overseeing a team responsible for medical device testing, and serving as a trainer and integrator for Engility Corporation in electronic warfare systems. Don is a retired Lt. Colonel from the U.S. Army, reflecting leadership experience. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Arkansas State University and a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Regents College.
