Claudia Sandoval is an experienced professional currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Seasons Love Your Skin since November 2023. Claudia founded the talent management unit at Polígono Capital in January 2020, focusing on strategic human resources for startups and businesses. As a co-founder of Mujer Emprende y Aprende from March 2023 to May 2024, Claudia has contributed to empowering entrepreneurs. Previous roles include Senior Consultant at Be Consulting MX, where Claudia developed strategic talent projects, and Human Resources Manager at ho1a, responsible for overseeing the HR team. Claudia also held various HR positions at C&A over a span of seven years, effectively leading talent management initiatives, and began career development at CEMEX as HR Coordinator. Claudia holds degrees in Digital Transformation from ISDI, a specialization in People Management from IEDGE, and a degree in Administration and Industrial Relations from Universidad Panamericana.
