Kristin Janisch is an experienced licensed practical nurse with a strong background in hospice and palliative care. Currently employed at Seasons Hospice and Palliative Care since December 2011, Kristin became a certified hospice LPN in December 2012 and serves as an on-call nurse, addressing patient needs and changes. Previous experience includes a role as a licensed practical nurse at Three Oaks Hospice from September 2019 to May 2024 and as a referral coordinator/LPN at Access DuPage, where Kristin coordinated specialty referrals for underserved populations. Additional positions include referral coordinator at DuPage Community Clinic, LPN staff nurse at Oakbrook Convalescent and Rehabilitation Center, and LPN staff nurse/referral coordinator at DuPage Medical Group. Kristin obtained a diploma in nursing from Sacred Heart School of Practical Nursing, having pursued education there from 1972 to 1973.
