Charlotte Hopkins has a diverse and extensive work experience in the restaurant industry. Charlotte most recently served as the Director of Operations at Seasons 52 Restaurant since 2019. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Operations at Olive Garden from 2016 to 2019. Charlotte also held the position of Director of Operations, West Coast at Seasons 52 Restaurant from 2014 to 2016. Charlotte began their career at Darden Restaurants in 2012, where they served as the Manager of Training and Development for Seasons 52. From 2010 to 2012, they were the Managing Partner at Seasons 52, Darden. Before joining Darden, they held the position of General Manager at LGO Hospitality LLC from 2009 to 2010 and at Hillstone Restaurant Group from 2003 to 2009.
Charlotte Hopkins attended the University of California, Davis from 1999 to 2003. Charlotte obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Human Development and Family Studies, General, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology.
