Shuyb Hendricks is an experienced management accountant with over 27 years of extensive experience in financial management across various industries. Currently serving as a Management Accountant at Seartec since September 2016, Shuyb is responsible for analyzing financial information, preparing management reports, ensuring compliance with IFRS, and overseeing audits, among other duties. Prior to Seartec, Shuyb held roles at AfriSam SA (Pty) Ltd, where management of financial and procurement processes for multiple operations was a key focus, as well as positions at Bellco Electrical, Wilson Bayly Holmes Ovcon, and Goodall Industrial. Shuyb holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Cape Town and has completed additional training in supervisory development and IT certifications. Accomplishments include the integration of ERP systems and the standardization of financial policies across branches.
