Wayne Ward possesses extensive experience in both sports coaching and engineering management. Since July 2018, Wayne has served as a Club Coach at Sporting Iowa East and has held the position of Head Boys Soccer Coach at Pleasant Valley High School since December 2017. Additionally, Wayne was the Head Girls Soccer Coach at Pleasant Valley High School from December 2016 to June 2017. In the engineering sector, Wayne has been with Sears Manufacturing Co. as the Vice President of Engineering since July 2008, showcasing a successful dual career in athletics and engineering.
