Jocelyn Hansen has a long and varied career in the shipping and supply chain industry. Jocelyn began their career in 2001 at INTTRA, where they held various roles including Global Relationship Director, Major Accounts Sales Executive, Client Services Manager, Global Account Manager, Sales Manager, Sales Support, and Customer Service Team Leader. In 2016, they moved to Turnkey Group Limited, where they worked as a Business Development Consultant. In 2017, they joined Xeneta as Director Business Development and in 2021, they began working as Director Of Business Development at Windward. Currently, they are the VP of Sales at Searoutes.

Jocelyn Hansen began their education in 1997 at Weald Sixth Form College, where they achieved A Levels in English, French, and Music. In 1999, they attended the Royal Academy of Music, though they did not obtain a degree. In the same year, they also received an Associate Diploma (ATCL) from Trinity College, London. Finally, Jocelyn Hansen completed a BA (Hons) in Business Studies with Systems Practice at The Open University in 2008.
