Mike Tiernan serves as the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at SearchTec since February 2018, where key accomplishments include launching VendorLink in 2023, initiating the acquisition of Best Lien Search Services in 2022, and developing a Salesforce integration tool for customers. Previously, Mike held the role of Manager of Strategic Initiatives at SearchTec, achieving significant sales growth. Earlier experiences include consulting for Robert Half, serving as Front Desk Coordinator and Finance Assistant at the Portland Museum of Art, and working in business development roles at Shearman & Sterling LLP and Reich & Tang. Mike earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Boston College and studied at University of Galway.
