As the founder of multiple companies including Scalability.agency, Hirecracker, JobHoller, and Klickstarters, Martin focuses on enhancing employer branding and connecting tech talent with job opportunities. Martin's earlier career includes roles as Director at Senitor Associates, Sales Manager at Globo Balear S.L., Trainee Insolvency Practitioner at Mitchell Charlesworth, and Insolvency Specialist at HM Revenue & Customs. Martin holds a BA (Hons) in Economics & History from the University of Leicester.
